Terms of Service: Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This electronic form serves as a legal
document between Donna Hall of Hall Issachar Ministries (KingdomBread) and you, the Applicant below, and is enforceable by
law once submitted. Your submittal of this electronic form along with your required  payment indicates that you agree to hire
Donna Hall of Hall Issachar Ministries' (KingdomBread) to construct a new website for you based on a Quarterly Trial
Subscription fee with option to cancel on or before the date defined in the Quarterly Trial Subscription Box below.
I have read the above terms of service and accept them.  I understand that I cannot proceed with this application
without first accepting these terms and that non-acceptance automatically makes this agreement null and void.
